To check your membership status/renewal date: enter the email address associated with your membership and we’ll send you the details we have on file.
For privacy and security, information can only be sent via email to the member requesting it.
Note: the system only contains records from DEC 2025 to present. We’re working on adding archived info.
Not only do Art League of North Florida memberships now last a full year from your start date — we’ve added a brand-new feature to make managing your membership easier than ever. You can now look up your own membership information simply by email. No logging in, no digging through old messages — just send a quick request and your details are sent directly to you.
Even better? If your phone number or mailing address has changed, you can now update that information by replying directly to the email you receive. It’s fast, secure, and designed to save everyone time. Note: name and email address changes still require contacting us directly, but for everyday updates, this new system makes staying current super simple.

HELP DESK — How to use the Member Directory
Step 1: Get Your Membership Information
This is the easiest and fastest way to receive your membership details.
What to do:
- Visit the Art League Membership Lookup form on our website
- Enter the email address you used for your membership
- Complete the security check
- Submit the form
What happens next:
- You will receive an email with your membership information
- Emails usually arrive within a few minutes
- If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder
Important:
The email address you enter must match what we have on file. If you use a different address than what our records show, the request will fail.
Step 2: Review the Email You Receive
Your email will show the current information we have on file, including:
- Contact info
- Member number
- Membership level / status
- Renewal date
Youth Art League Members
- The child’s name will be shown as the primary member
- Parent or Guardian is the authorized contact for the membership
- Youth Art League memberships do not renew automatically, they expire at the end of the calendar year
- Youth Art League information can not be changed without authorization. Contact us if you need to make changes.
Step 3: Update Your Information (Email Only)
To protect member privacy, updates cannot be made through the website, only via the email you receive when you submit the request form or by an administrator.
How to update your information:
- Open the membership email you received
- Click Reply
- Follow the instructions in the email
- Send
Your information will be updated automatically if the request is valid.
The following cannot be updated through this system:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Youth Art League member details

- Members may only access their own information unless they are an authorized user
- Requests may be temporarily limited if too many are sent in a short period of time
