
If you use Google Calendar:
- Tap the link directly under the Calendar that says “Add to Google Calendar” (It may be a + sign to the right on your phone)
- If that doesn’t work for some reason: Go to calendar.google.com in your web browser (e.g. Chrome)
- Locate “Other calendars”: On the left side of the screen, find the “Other calendars” section
- Add by URL: Click the “+” icon next to “Other calendars” and select “From URL”
- Copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl P) this URL into the designated field:

- Tap the “Add calendar” button
Note: If you want to sync your Google Calendar with your iPhone or iPad, you can add your Google account directly in the device’s settings, which will sync your calendar events.
You can set your notification options to remind you X number of days or hours before an event begins by changing the settings in your Calendar app, or by selecting an individual event and changing the settings there.
If you use Apple Calendar:
- Open Apple Calendar: Open the Calendar application on your Apple device
- Subscribe to a Calendar: Go to “File” > “New Calendar Subscription”
- Copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl P) this URL:
- https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/info%40artleagueofnorthflorida.com/public/basic.ics (long press and “Copy Link” on phone)
- Configure Settings: Choose your desired update frequency and tap “Subscribe”
Steps to subscribe in Outlook:
- Open Outlook.com: Go to outlook.com in your web browser (e.g. Chrome or Safari)
- Import Calendar: Tap the calendar icon, then select “Import calendar” and “From the web”
- Copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl P) this URL and tap “Import”:
