Each spring, the Gateway Art Gallery hosts our beloved Hats Off to Mom celebration—an elegant Mother’s Day tea and brunch honoring the women who inspire and nurture us. This annual event has become a cherished tradition, blending good food, community, and art into a memorable afternoon.
Guests enjoy a beautifully set atmosphere complete with tablescapes, fresh flowers, and delicious fare. Our volunteers go all out to create a warm and welcoming space where families can relax, laugh, and celebrate together. From dainty finger foods to decadent desserts, every detail is designed to make moms feel special.
The afternoon also includes door prizes, live entertainment, and of course—fabulous hats! Guests are encouraged to don their favorite spring hats, whether classic, whimsical, or handmade, as part of the fun.
Whether you come with your mother, daughter, grandmother, or friends, this is a chance to pause and celebrate the love and creativity that bind families and communities together. Seating is limited, so early reservations are recommended. Art League members enjoy an exclusive discount.
