Every spring, we look forward to this one. Hats Off to Mom has become one of the most beloved traditions at the Gallery—an afternoon set aside to celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, daughters, and friends who make our lives richer. This year marks our 6th annual celebration, and we are so excited to share what we have planned.
Our volunteers work hard every year to create a warm, beautiful atmosphere — stunning tablescapes, dainty finger foods, and decadent desserts. It’s the kind of afternoon where you can slow down, laugh, and enjoy the company of the women you love. Add in door prizes, live entertainment, and the return of everyone’s favorite Art Bingo, and you’ve got a pretty wonderful afternoon. This year’s entertainment has a historical twist with a very fitting theme for a tea party. We’ll leave it at that — come and see for yourself.
And don’t forget about our Best Hat contest! Classic, whimsical, over-the-top, or handmade — wear whatever makes you smile. The winning hat’s wearer gets a Gallery gift certificate valued at $35.
Tickets are $40 for Art League members and $45 for non-members and are available now. Seating is limited, so reserve your spot soon. This one sells out every year so don’t wait. We look forward to celebrating with you on May 2.
