What’s Happening
We’ve brewed up something for everyone:
- Free Rock Painting for Kids (or any age, we won’t judge) – Let your little ghouls and goblins get creative with a Halloween-inspired rock painting station. They’ll take home their creations as a festive keepsake.
- Candy & Treats – No good Halloween night is complete without something sweet! We’ll have goodies waiting for visitors young and old. Candy and non-candy options for kids.
- Prize drawings – Stop by for your stamp and enter for a chance to win fun surprises at Muse Candles (the start of the Downtown Bingo game.)
- Costume Contest at the Gallery – Open to both kids and adults! Show off your spookiest, funniest, or most creative look. Handmade costumes will be given extra consideration.
- Children 12 and under
- Teens/Young Adults 13-20
- Adults 21+
- Contest check-in/judging at 7:00 pm
- Prizes awarded forthwith
- Please keep costumes family-appropriate and safe.
Ghouls Night Out is a new and exciting community event in downtown Lake City, and we’re proud to be part of it. Our doors will be open, our volunteers and artists will be on hand, and we’ll be sharing a mix of creativity, candy, and community spirit. So, while you’re out roaming the streets, swing by the Gallery for a spell—you just might leave with a painted rock, a prize, or a costume contest win!
Safety Considerations
It’s getting dark earlier and we are situated right on Marion Avenue. We recommend reflective strips or similar so drivers on the road can see you. The street will not be closed off to traffic.
