From April 13th through June 27th, we’re inviting Art League member artists to let chance play a role in the creative process as they create new work for our upcoming summer event at the Gallery—a “Choose Your Own Adventure” art exhibit! Participating artists will draw two prompts at random from a shared prompt bowl to determine their entry’s theme. Prompts are designed to be open-ended and accessible across all media—painting, drawing, fiber, clay, wood, wire, paper, mixed media, photography, and more. The goal is to encourage exploration, experimentation, and a fresh approach, without overthinking it or getting bogged down trying to think of what to do.
